Off on a course at the end of the month for 3 days in Birmingham and I'm wanting to take my own food with me.. Can anyone suggest things that will keep (freshness) not liking the hotel menu and won't be having time to eat out.

This is the cream I've bought today. I'm guessing this is okay in coffee? Is it a certain amount or pour it in to preference?
Haven't been to one for a long time. More of a Nandos man! [emoji1] not really a dessert person nor do I drink so I might still be able to stay within focus.
I'm not 100% certain on this but I think some MIGHT burn off. Someone else may know differently, always best to make your own anyway. That way you can control what's going in and you have the estimate of carbs and sugars.
Off out next Wednesday evening (Well... being dragged by pals to the local Harvester!!) For a Birthday and I'm unsure as to whether eating there will set back my hard work lately to lower B.S. and lose weight.
Or am I being a bit hard by not "letting go" for one meal?
What's the best piece of advice you can give to someone who's newly diagnosed as Pre/T1/T2? It can be anything from a statement to diet advice or coping with it.
For me I'd say: Don't feel overwhelmed by the changes facing you, Embrace it and think positive!
