    Diet coke wont but to my knowledge alcohol is a bit weird it raises your blood sugars and then they drop, so I don't think you take extra insulin with alcohol. DO NOT TAKE MY WORD. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

    I'm had depression before and it was literally the worst thing I've ever experienced, the sad thing though is that I can slowly feel myself becoming depressed again because of type 1 diabetes. Looool im only 17.

    After meals my blood sugars are fine. I nearly 100% have my hypos if I haven't eaten in a while

    I think my hypos are probably caused by not eating tbh, ive had a problem with binge eating and stuff. Normally there will be quite a large time gap between meals.

    I have hypos like nearly every day, I will always at least have one hypo a week

    I take novarapid and levemir, I carb count so my novarapid intake varies, I take 18 units of levemir at night. I check my blood sugars four times a day, before a meal and before I go to sleep.
