    NHS diabetes prevention program - worth it?

    Quite a debate here! I've decided to give it a go. I'll go with an open mind and hopefully I will learn something. I'll report back in due course but as the program is 9 months, it won't be for a while. If it's rubbish, I'll offer feedback via my gp and hopefully save others from it!
