    Thanks all. I fly Friday and going around Europe on a number of flights so will let you know!! The libre is great and well worth a trial and even the £££ that I pay. Makes testing so simple and the patterns and trends you can see are enlightening [emoji4]

    Acupuncture and type 1

    Hey So I'm type 1 and have had a few sessions of acupuncture over the years. Feeling shaky is normal - same if you have a really hard massage. Possibly slightly dehydrated & toxins etc being released. Drink lots (water) and sleep. Hopefully it will resolve itself & the acupuncture works! Mel
