We eat fish at least twice a week anyway, but my GP told me to have one of those cholesterol-lowering yogurt drinks every day - Benecol or Flora Proactive, although some supermarkets do their own, cheaper, version. Look for the low fat version though, as they are high in sugar otherwise.

Oh me too, my feet and hands are always frozen.....I wear 2 pairs of socks and furry bootee slippers, and fingerless gloves when I'm typing.....can't wash up, cook, or do most other things with the gloves on though :(
