    Cycling Endurance Energy Snacks Advice

My personal experience as an amateur MTB trail rider may shock you. I’m in my 10th year of remission (no meds, only diet and excersise) since I was diagnosed in 2013. My HBA1C has never been higher than 5.4. Usually from 4.9 to 5.2 and though I’m keeping a particular low carbs diet (most of...

What Glucose meter does everyone use?

I’m using One Drop Chrome and I find it very accurate. It connects via BT to the iOS app and uploads readings and activities. It is made by Agamatrix which also produces both Wavesense and Sanofi glucometers. It also provides strips and lancets and I’m pretty much satisfied with their products.

Which BG monitor do you use?

One Drop since 2015, before I had a Sanofi MyStar plus (both are bluetooth and made by Agamatrix) and I find’em very accurate in readings. One Drop has also a variety of plans for strips and lancets, that you can surely find the one that fits for you.

    AgaMatrix BlueTooth to iPad/iPhone -thoughts?

I’ve been using and still do use Sanofi’s MyStar Plus and now One Drop Meter ( both BT and made by Agamatrix) for years! Huge improvement over manual data insertion. Once you’ll try BT, you will never go back!

Metformin only for the first two months and then I stopped and refused any medication myself. Since then ( my Hba1c and all my readings...
