There is no pleasing some Doctors.... I am type2.My latest HbA1c was 5.3 which I was pleased with and my GP said they like their 'Diabetics to be around 6..' .. My highest before diagnosis was 5.8.!!?!? What am I supposed to do- go eat cake?

I tried a rich cream-laden seafood tagliatelle in the interest of science...1/3 of a small bowl and 2hr pp was 7.5.... So sadly that's a no-no..:(..maybe if I'd had a large glass of wine it may have helped ....;)

I am a mosquito ' magnet' and have allergies reaction to bites. The only thing that worked for me when we lived in Texas was Avon's Skin so soft Original. Also for relieving any itches red Tiger Balm is amazing

I had a blood test for Vit D level requested by my Gynae and was so deficient that I am on weekly doses of 50,000iu for 6 weeks..I live in the Middle East where the sun constantly shines...(factor 50spf has a lot to answer for) and now I wonder if the low level of Vit D was the cause of my...

Where I live there are several organic burger chains that serve burgers & toppings in a lettuce wrap....yummy!

Splenda doesn't taste of Hazlenut, or Vanilla , or caramel. Personally I find they are sickly sweet so I just ask for 1/2 a 'shot' in my coffee ;)
