My husband and I have been eating LCHF since I was diagnosed this year and have stuck fairly rigidly to it but love Mexican food and are wondering how "bad" 2 tortillas each would be? Any ideas?

2 tortilla wraps would be around 68 grams of carbs in one go so fairly high but you can buy low carb tortilla wraps online.:)

Well hello there! Long time no speak! Any ideas where? For brekkie would have bacon and egg, lunch Greek yoghurt, snack cheese then fajitas for dinner but is it bad because it's all the carb in one go?

Hi mo! Weird thing just happened! Tried to reply to post and said I didn't have permission?! Anyway, my trouble is that I have to curb my hedonistic nature otherwise I'd treat myself all the time which led to my scales saying no coach parties please! Now I have lost the 1 stone 5lbs they just say one at a time please! Rofl! Am going to have one test like crazy and then see what happens. As I have reduced all the sugar, white wine and don't eat quick release carbs I might only want one anyway - fingers crossed! :)

Thank you all. Will let you know how it goes! :)

I buy mine from the low carb megastore, I freeze them and take one out and throw it in the oven for a few mins. I also use them as a wrap, with salad tuna/chicken etc. They taste pretty **** good.

I love Mexican food
I'm only chipping in because you can be my guinea pig Scandi. You eat them and test and let me know. ;)

Somehow, for me I can imagine it wouldn't be just the carbs, I'd want the whole experience, veggie chilli, sour cream, guacamole etc

My blood sugar is doing ok but my trousers are getting tighter. I need to be careful

We too would want the full works - though I usually use chicken! Will let you know! X
