HBCA1 results so proud of myself

I'm so happy i have worked so hard to bring my hbca1 down first diagnosed type 2 October 2013 hbca1 was 10.2% december it went up to 11.8% i have had my results today now 6.1%
 
That's a great improvement, well done. How did you manage it ?

Well done, you deserve to be very proud of yourself, and giving up smoking as well that is really awsome. That is my next challenge giving up the weed.

Well no wonder you are so happy, to achieve such an amazing drop in your hba1c at the same time as giving up smoking is no mean feat. Keep going the way you are!!

Well done and keep it up. Remember getting there is only half the job, staying there is said to bit a bit harder but you have shown what you can do so I have every faith in you!
