    I attended my local hospital to have a second eye scan and everything was ok, it is very scary/worrying when you get a letter saying you have to go for a second appointment, try and stay positive, I'm sure you will be fine.

    A colleague of mine recommended I go on a Ketogenic Diet it's a Low-Carb, High Fat diet, does anyone know anything about this diet? Or have you been on this diet yourself? Just wonder if it is good for Diabetics.

    Work shifts.

    I've worked afternoon shifts before for some companies and they have no sympathy if you have to inject yourself around 6.00pm there's is usually only the toilet to go and then your getting bosses giving you grief because you've been gone to long. So thankful work 8/5 Monday to Friday.

    Just a question/comment.

    One thing I steer clear of is Grapes I was eating about 10 a day when I first got diagnosed instead of cakes/biscuits for work and I found out they were pure sugar and just as bad as eating loads of cakes/biscuits.

    Can't loose weight

    Thanks for the advice as far as chocolate goes I only eat small bars of Dark Chocolate maybe 3 times a week, I don't drink as I spend everyday driving and I hate sugar in Tea or on weetabix, fruit I love but I maybe eat 1 banana a day and a apple.
