    I find dairy products increase my cholesterol. Things like cheese are a good source of fat, but you'll likely be able to improve your cholesterol levels by having less dairy in your diet. Try substituting other fat sources in place of dairy.

    half and half is a good compromise between cream and milk. I think it tastes better than just using milk.

    I find sauces are the hardest part of this diet. Everything in the grocery store has so much carbohydrate content.

    Cheat days on keto

    If your body gets out of keto it will take a few days for you to get back into keto. If you can't get back into keto in less than 7 days and have a cheat meal once a week you will never be in keto.
