Hi @helensaramay . The cannula goes in at 45 degrees and not 90. The cannula is only 6mm so it doesn’t sit as deep as the mio 30 as that one is 13mm long. I absolutely love it. I wear it on the back of my arms , my upper buttocks and I’ve even tried it on my thigh! I’m 5ft 9 and just under 9...

Hi @Beery I’m now on an omnipod but used the 640g for just under a year. I’m very lean and struggled with sets so I was put on the mio30’s which took away all the discomfort right away!

I was on the Medtronic 640g and just switched to the omnipod! I love the omnipod and the flexibility of where to put the pods with no tubes :)

Hi @porl69 I spoke to her earlier , and as I’m the first in the area to go on an omnipod , they are new to this as well. Medtronic is the preferred supplier here but as I had a lot of issues they kindly agreed to switch me to one. Hopefully someone can shed some light :) thank you x

Hey :) Medtronic themselves have been extremely good in getting replacement pumps out, they always arrived same day or at worst the following. I can’t fault their customer service. 2 of my pumps were part of a field safety notice recall but that issue has now been resolved , and all new pumps...
