I would like to share my great news [emoji3]
My HbA1c results today is 38 mmol/mol.
I was diagnosed as prediabetic in Nov 2017 with a result of 42 mmol/mol.
Following a LCmedium fat diet, exercised about three to four times a week and not testing my blood glucose apart from a few times...
B: porridge oats with blueberries,pecans in whole milk
Gym for 90 min, cycling and abs
Snack:an apple
L: soya noodles stir fried with pack Choi, tuna,mushrooms and baby tomatoes

I am also pre diabetic- As part of a low carb diet I have porridge oats at least twice a week mixed with blueberries and pecans in whole milk
I don’t test my blood glucose though. I feel great.
I have sweet treats in the form of dates, chia puddings, almond choc cakes (home made so I know what’s going into it), almond butter on celery sticks.
There are a few easy recipes on this forum you might like to try.

I can relate to this - I don’t test either, just regular exercise, following a lchf diet on most days, and yes cheat on some days too, my HBA1c was 6.0 three months ago so hoping it goes back to normal when I get tested next.
