I use this one sometimes but it says 17 grams of carbs per shake but I have to have 4 units of insulin instead of 2 (my ratio is 1 unit to 10 carbs)

Yeah I have noticed that protein does have an effect not as much as carbs and you also need some insulin in your body if exercising as your body shoots glucose out if no insulin available for recovery
