good morning all.... not been on here for a while.. a 6.1 at 0545 after some advice from a nutritionist friend i now have a low carb breakfast then small walk with the dog and on return b.s.was 4.9.. this has been consistant give or take for about three weeks now.. dry january has morphed...

last friday 94.5 kilos gone a bit off the rails lately just checked 51 weeks ago i was 89.9 kilos so 4.6 kilos or 10 lbs gain in a year..maybe not such a disaster my highest was 127 kilos and def weighed in at the doctors at 124 kilos about four years ago....

hi all not on here for a while.... ..last few days 6.5.. 6.8..7.2 .. 6.8 and today 7.3 going down to 6.7 after dog walk.. gone off the rails for while and put on about 4 kilos and day figures stay in the sixes.... reminder to self...you know what to do!!!! have a good week all..
