Weekly weigh in - Fridays

I'm 72kg today. Staying around this level +/- 0.5kg pretty much which suits me. According to the BMI I could lose more but I don't think I'd look okay if I did

Gyms are back soon so can start to tone up which I'm looking forward to.

Hi Everyone
I have started this thread to continue to measure my weight on a Friday. I do not belong to any weight loss support groups and feel there could be a lot Im missing out on from a support point of view. I measure my weight at the same time every Friday. You are welcome to join this thread with your own loss/challenge weeks.

10/3/16 - 3lb lost total lost to date - 17lbs
Yes i would like to join you in your Journey

91.4kg (2 kg loss). After a poor week last week focused on low calorie and increased exercise to get back on track this week.

90.5kg (,9 kg loss this week) very happy with that following Easter. Closing in on my initial goal of cracking 90kg.

72.7kg which is more than last week but below my 73kg overall aim so all good

5th week in a row of 137.6lb - expected some variance with stopping the Forxiga a week ago and starting IF. Maybe the scales are stuck :P

My scales have been stuck since the end of January! I do need another hole made in my jeans belt though. Its not all about the scales
