Hi , diagnosed in 2017 with a Hba1c of 50. Had my first annual check recently and Hba1c is now at 39. I was also 110 kilo back then and am now at 100. Cholesterol 4.2 BP 154/84. So all in all quite pleased , i want to get down to 94 kilo....ish so carry on carrying on I guess ...

Took a fasting reading this morning and it came in at 6.8mmol.Thats against the 8.1 of yesterday afternoon.

great ...my wife is a chef and shes already cooked me a low carb high fat meal she'll keep me on the straight and narow regarding that........don't know about alcohol though tried a gluten free beer the other night , quite nice.
