    Sugar free jelly probably does have sweeteners and tbh I should have diluted the jelly a little more than I did, I only added 10floz of water to the jelly crystals. I did't wash my hands but I did brush my teeth and then rinse the toothbrush out so they did get wet but not soaped.

    Update my results were as follows 5.0 Before Dinner 6.1 1 hours post dinner 6.4 1.5 hours post dinner 5.7 2 hours post dinner Quite pleased with that, counting that as a good meal even though I haven't quite dropped back to 5.0.
