    Type 2 Anniversary

    It's my 1 year dia-versary today, and I am enjoying a glass of wine this eve. Not exactly celebrating, but recognising that diagnosis turned my life around. Ditched 3 stone and HBA1C from 69 to 28 and feel great! My diagnosis was genuinely a blessing in disguise. Go on, treat yourself x
