What blood glucose level triggers your hypo's?

I have been a diabetic for 26 years. The trigger point for my hypo was always about 4. In the last few months my hypos were becoming more frequent and the trigger point reduced to 3 ish. I decided at that point to use the Dexcom G6 which gives me an earlier warning. Having said my hypos have...

Dexcom G6 disconnects when using mobile car phone

I have noticed in the last few days that when my mobile Phone is connected via Bluetooth to my car, if I am on a call for more than 10 minutes my G6 disconnects from the phone; it does reconnect though a few minutes after I end the call. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have been using the G6 for a month now. Previously I was beginning to lose the Hypo warning signs; the G6 has now given me the confidence to undertake any activity happy in the knowledge that the G6 will give me warnings. My blood sugar levels have never been so well controlled and it has...

    Dexcom G6 Wear When Sunbathing.

I am going on holiday very soon. Apart from the obvious white patch which will result, are there any restrictions or problems from wearing the G6 in direct sunlight?

    Freestyle Libre Or Dexcom G6?

Really like your pros & cons, and agree 100%. I have been using the G6 for just 10 days and I have never felt so in control of my diabetes as I am now (and I have been a t1 diabetic for 26 years). I am a convert [emoji4]

    Novofine 4mm Needles

Well those pictures have certainly changed my view on how often I change my needles. Up until today, like pori69, for the last 25 years I have used one needle per cartridge...... never too old to learn [emoji4]

Dexcom G6 Release Date In Germany

I have just purchased the G6 in the UK. Just completing the first week. Initial impressions are good. Easy to set up, discrete and very effective. I am addicted to checking my levels through the iPhone. Life was so dull without the G6 [emoji4]
