I have noticed in the last few days that when my mobile Phone is connected via Bluetooth to my car, if I am on a call for more than 10 minutes my G6 disconnects from the phone; it does reconnect though a few minutes after I end the call. Has anyone else experienced this?

I use my arm and find it extremely accurate.

I’m a relatively new to Dexcom. Has anyone worn the G6 on the arm and did it work? I know it isn’t approved for arm wear.

Really like your pros & cons, and agree 100%. I have been using the G6 for just 10 days and I have never felt so in control of my diabetes as I am now (and I have been a t1 diabetic for 26 years). I am a convert [emoji4]

Hi Kitedoc, thanks for the response. Through the power of Amazon I managed to source tailored strips for the G6. There are several providers all from the US and Australia, I purchased from the latter..... just hope they arrive in time, if not white tape it is. And thanks, I am looking forward...

Hi, it very near impossible to get the Dexcom G6 through the NHS. Has anyone managed to get one provided through private medical insurance in the UK ?

Does anyone know where I can get additional adhesive pads that will fit G6? I am going on holiday soon and don’t want the risk of it coming off. Help please.

Well those pictures have certainly changed my view on how often I change my needles. Up until today, like pori69, for the last 25 years I have used one needle per cartridge...... never too old to learn [emoji4]

I have just purchased the G6 in the UK. Just completing the first week. Initial impressions are good. Easy to set up, discrete and very effective. I am addicted to checking my levels through the iPhone. Life was so dull without the G6 [emoji4]
