    Pre Duabetic reading 4.2

Nothing bad, the individual expressed light headedness The individual mentioned they feel weak, and are on a low-carb diet. If there is no medical reason it could be not enough carbs in their diet. I had a couple of clients who where training and eating really low carb diets (roughly 30g a...

    Confusion about reversing diabetes

Her way was a good one. Every tool you can use is worth it, I was just agreeing with the diet approach rather than straight to medications as with some people Yes stopping the added sugar in your diet is a much useful tool. Fundamentally we don't need to have sugar in our diets, our body makes...

If you worried about your diet, just make a note of how much added sugar you are having in your diet. White carbs yes are fiber less but eaten with a lot of vegetables your...

    Hello and new diagnosis

Hi Sarah Keeping things simple is a great start. Go through any added sugars in your diet and start to eliminate them. Make one small change every 3 weeks, don't try and do it all in one go. When you feel up to it, incorporate some exercise/movement in your daily routine too. It's simple but...

Maybe i am prediabetic or maybe not... Thoughts

Get your HbA1c checked first. 42-48mmols is pre-diabetic. it's a good thing to have this information. intermittent Fasting is a good tool, don't get to caught up in the the 'diet' hype. they are all tools to use to your advantage. Spend two weeks writing down what and how much you're eating...

    struggling

Take it back a few steps. Re-evaluate the added sugar in your diet first. If the only sugars you are having are from carb sources then look at the types of carbs then adjust, after this is done you then look at the amount you are having. Don't get caught up in this "good" "bad" carb thing to...
