This really happens, I read that the effects of stress come after a couple of months. Perhaps you've been limiting your eating? The brain hasn't finished a few times, and now it's afraid you'll starve it again.
Of course! A good hearty Breakfast is a guarantee that I will not fall during the day. In the morning I allow myself something tasty and supports my good mood. It's wrong maybe, but I live all day thinking about Breakfast. It helps me. :)

In fact, it's terrible and I support the protest. I agree with derry60, veggie burgers prepared at home. I'm trying to completely abandon animal products now, but it's very difficult.
