    Hi Ziggy_w Per 100g 55.7 Per slice 5.8 It's the multi grain rye ryvita, was not sure if this was good or not, but I'm a bread person love toast so trying to find alternatives..

    Good or Bad, today I have had 2 poached eggs 1 rasher of bacon 1 slice of brown bread for breakkie, Lunch was 2 seeded ryvita with Philadelphia 1 slice of oak smoked ham and a handful of blueberries and strawberries, as I'm new to this I'm trying to work out if the is low enough carbs.
