    Hey, I was really good at controlling my bloods. I have diet spot on with diet and exercise. But I have found the last weeks a bit of struggle. I think it has been the lack of gym in Scotland has really got to me. Any tips to get back on it.

    So happy about my HbA1c

    I had 81 at the end October and then I did the test two weeks later and it was 69. So I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Anyway I did another test and the end of the year. I got the result today and it was 36. So chuffed. Back into the normal range. :-) But then I have changed my life style...

    How do you all manage. I am newly diagnosed type 2. But relatively ok over Christmas. But still slightly struggling as everyone still offers food and drinks. Any tips on surviving the rest of the festive period.
