    Type 2 Cracked feet

    You do need to get them checked to be on the safe side. I have products I alternate between Flexitol Heel Balm which can be used cracked feet too the other Hydromol which can be bought online I believe. I would get your feet checked before hand just to make there's no infection lurking.

    I am T2 I bought a Dog Tag which I had engraved with all my essential info on it. I now wear it all the time. I was spurred on after hospital stays where I had 20 questions quick fired at me but my Dog Tags have worked for me twice now, so it is a great move to get something like this done.

    FIASP

    I totally agree with you, it does depend on what your BG's are and when to inject FIASP i have been Treseba once a day am then Fiasp before or after any foods. The Fiasp does have a delayed action on high BG's, but act rapidly on low BG's I have been on Treseba and Fiasp for about 7 months now...
