    First Review appointment

They ended up not taking the HBa1C (kidney clinic ended up taking the blood). Although with all the other results, including glucose levels (which was 6.5) they have decided to leave me without medication for at least another three months. Next review in July. I guess this is quite positive.

    First Review appointment

Got the letter through to day asking me to book in for a non-fasting blood test and the following week at the diabetic clinic. Is this correct? Non-fasting test?

Loads of conflicting info - advice needed

Read so much different views on things, some of which contradict what my GP told me. Anyway, I have been told I am early stages type 2 and my first priority is to get my weight down, and then report back in 3 months to see if I will be put on tablets or not, so what I have been doing is simply...

Do I need to inform my car insurance yet?

Doctor says I am most likely early stages type 2. Been told I will be called back in in around 3 months time for another blood test and they will then decide if I need to be put on medication. So, do I need to inform my car insurance providers yet or should I wait until I know if I require...
