I have been type 1 for many years and find that the combination of heat & humidity causes hypo's. As my hypo awareness is not that great this has been difficult to manage. I had to consume 3 litres of Lucozade on Tuesday throughout the day! I also feel rather jaded to say the least.

HI, I tend to aim for around 10mmls before I visit the gym.With the meal before activity I only bolus for 60% of the total carbohydrate I consume thus leaving enough glucose/energy on board to work out. However I do make sure that I am physically active within 2 hours of doing this.
