Hi Nelie Rant away i say , i think you need to look on the bright side , you have lost nearly a stone, and smoking ,well what can i say being a smoker myself, you are trying to fight a battle with weight and cravings and control of bgs , so trying to give up the fags ,in my view would be great...

Well had the scan today , and the fastening was the worst part and the constant jabs in the side and belly ,but it was ok, the liver did have some fat but not much to be concerned about,kidneys etc all ok too,so im guessing it was my prevous poor control that pushed up levels , so the fight goes...

Never happened to me , but im gunna use it on my missus next time she leaves a list of housework , lol , keep testing , and c how u go , jerry
