I'm on strong antibiotics for the water infection. BG 6.6, I'm trying so hard not to panic. Drinking lots of water and being extra vigilant with eating. See my D.nurse on Tuesday. Not passed any more clots/blood and pain is easing thanks. Bit scary tho!

Thank you, the nurse didn't seem concerned. Lots to drink and rest was advised.

I need help with the diet. Its not just cutting down on sugars and sweet stuff is it , carbs to consider, fruit and veg contain natural sugar, its very confusing initially and so much to consider. A very steep learning curve for me to enable a healthier lifestyle and future.
