Please can someone help me. I am type 2 and last night had my first hypo ever - very scary. I was told by my nurse that i had to watch my sugar intake, no more than 5 grams of sugar per 100g of food. For the past week i have had less than 20g of sugar per day.
However i have heard other diabetics says you have to watch your carbs too - what should i be concentrating on - low sugar content or low carbs ??
