    Mine is always around 7/8 and lower during day. I wish I could sort it out cause it drives me nuts.

    Higher Readings in the mornings

    Amazed to hear about lchf - nothing like the advice I keep on hearing about consuming carbs. Can I ask how often people usually test. I have not been advised and so have been testing once a day.

    Reading too high in the morning

    Thank you, I do not think I provided enough info. I am type two (borderline) and take one metformin tablet a day which is usually around 12 noon before I eat. I do not inject insulin. My diet is usually pretty low in carbs and has been for years. I am overweight (currently working on that one)
