    You might have an infection, does it sting when you go to toilet, i had that smell for a while, drink plenty water might help, help flush it out.

    I have been watching what i eat and drink, and over the course of a year, i have lost over 3 stones in weight, and must admit i feel a lot better.

    Ross i had same as you, a reading of 46, which if you check the chart on HbA1c, it's way below minimum, so i'm in the dark to asto how things are going.

    Hi My diabetes and cholestrol results were down to 4.6 from 7.3, and i have been going to a life style adviser for help, and when i went to them, i was 16 stone 9 pounds, i am now 13 stones 7 pounds, which have really helped me, as i also had a heart attack.

    Diet Only

    I did not get any tablets for my Diabetes, and i don't test myself, the question i would like to know, should i be testing every week, because i think your condition can change anytime, as i have been on Diet only no pills, and I'm type2. Brian
