    B12 & Metformin

    Hey, Do people take b12 with Metformin? Im not sure if im suppose to take it together with metformin or separately. I also take vitaminD altogether with the rest of my medication just wanted to know if it will work better being taken separately. Many thanks. UA

    Can Marmite be used to increase B12 intake/supplementation?

    It says there is Vitamin B12 in Marmite and I have been told I have a B12 deficiency. Is it going to be OK for me to use as a supplement of sorts? I think so but wanted to check!
