    New here so l hope I've posted this correctly. I have not been diagnosed with diabetes but know that l am pre diabetic which l manage by monitoring at home and diet, no medication. I have been fasting now for 34hrs and my morning blood sugar is 6.2, anyone have any ideas why its this high?
