Anyone using one of these? What results you had and are you happy with meter? Changed from a GlucoRx meter because strips cost too high. Now this meter has affordable strips but wonder if I've made a wrong turn?

I thought of calling this Fake News, but I want to avoid any references to he-who-shall-not-be-named... And by way of a disclaimer, I don't want this too taken mega-seriously, but I'd settle for any newbies who read it and realise that unexpected BG readings do occur. Us old hands ( and fingers)...

Just for information... So my SDCodeFree started displaying "EEE" and switching off immediately after doing a reading. It also failed to record the reading. Looking at the manual told me little except that "EEE" means "Error". So I tried replacing the battery the battery and on the next test...
