Neither am I, but there is a lot of good nutrition in them, so once in a while I have one. Now that I know what it will do to my levels, it's none or very little.I’m not keen on sweet potato so that wouldn’t be a hardship for me!
Hope it turns out to be nothing...I’m wide awake (1:30am!) and I’ve made a decaf with cream. I’d usually reach for a slice of cheese but I’ve been able to resist. I have a bit of a sore throat so hope this isn’t the start of a bug and it’s just lack of sleep
