‘Stop Eating After 7pm’ Challenge

06:05
Just sitting down to a post supper cuppa. Not sure I have had enough to eat to satiate me, so it could be a challenge tonight Plus bloods have been high than expected throughout the day which is a bit disconcerting. Bloods were 6 mmol before supper. Usually I delay my meal if my bloods are higher than I like. I wonder what they will be in 2 hours time.

I forgot!
I finished supper by 17:45 as usual but then went into the kitchen to feed the cat at around 19:30 and without thinking had a piece of 85% chocolate. It was already in my mouth before I remembered. Doh!

6:58. I feel nibbly, but it's not that I'm hungry. So resist I shall.
Evening @May Mic.

If you get the munchies, a spoonful of Marmite or Bovril in a mug of hot water may help.

I've found brushing my teeth with a great-tasting, minty toothpaste, instead of waiting until bedtime, makes sweet nibbles seem less appealing.

Evening all

This was day 5 for me. We were outdoors in fresh air most of the day and returned home ravenous. We finished a good, square evening meal by 18.00 though and I'm feeling pleasantly full.

I've done awful at this and only made it on one occasion, we keep some pretty mad times/flexible routines from week to week atm

routine in that we do the same sort of stuff but whenever it happens to be :D

Before dinner 5.9, after dinner 8.3. I think sweet potatoes will be a rare treat. The only other carb would gave been 2 squares of Lindt 85% chocolate.
I’m not keen on sweet potato so that wouldn’t be a hardship for me! :p

I’m wide awake (1:30am!) and I’ve made a decaf with cream. I’d usually reach for a slice of cheese but I’ve been able to resist. I have a bit of a sore throat so hope this isn’t the start of a bug and it’s just lack of sleep
