‘Stop Eating After 7pm’ Challenge

Finished eating well before 7 , but that darn tea...
 
Glad to see this thread is still running. Well done everyone I’m going to try very hard to get back on track!
 
Thank you for starting it @MissMuffett . I read it daily, have formed good habits because of it, and routinely eat well before 7 so I only report when I don't! That d*** social life does intervene periodically
 
Do you not find that if you don't have a small snack prior to going to bed, that your BS is elevated in the morning? Dawn phenomenon. Mine is always higher unless I do this. I usually have a small piece of cheese.
 
I'm trying to do the same but get hungry of an evening so I'm going to make sure I have lunch, as I often don't.
I try my best not to eat after 19:00 hrs, but sometimes the urge to nibble is too great. I have started nibbling on flavoured fava beans, chickpeas or popcorn. Not sure if they are bad for my sugar, but they are good for an increase in fibre.
