‘Stop Eating After 7pm’ Challenge

Thank you for starting it @MissMuffett . I read it daily, have formed good habits because of it, and routinely eat well before 7 so I only report when I don't! That d*** social life does intervene periodically ;)
 
Do you not find that if you don't have a small snack prior to going to bed, that your BS is elevated in the morning? Dawn phenomenon. Mine is always higher unless I do this. I usually have a small piece of cheese.
 
I'm trying to do the same but get hungry of an evening so I'm going to make sure I have lunch, as I often don't.
I try my best not to eat after 19:00 hrs, but sometimes the urge to nibble is too great. I have started nibbling on flavoured fava beans, chickpeas or popcorn. Not sure if they are bad for my sugar, but they are good for an increase in fibre.
