‘Stop Eating After 7pm’ Challenge

I'm in.
I've been doing it since March but would like to post to help keep me on track. I work shifts, so my main focus is I don't eat again after my evening meal.
 
Won't make the 7pm deadline tonight.
Off out with friends and we're not meeting until 7.
Sometimes, just sometimes, diabetes has to come second to the good mental health of a social life (for me any way )
