‘Stop Eating After 7pm’ Challenge

Who will join me?

I intend to do this for the rest of January- 10 days and hopefully I’ll have broken the habit by then and carry on.

I‘m not hungry, I suspect I’m bored and it’s becoming a habit. So I thought if there were a few of us that struggle with this it would be good to record our successes and make suggestions on how we coped.

I'm in. I've been doing it since March but would like to post to help keep me on track. I work shifts, so my main focus is I don't eat again after my evening meal.
 
Won't make the 7pm deadline tonight.
Off out with friends and we're not meeting until 7.
Sometimes, just sometimes, diabetes has to come second to the good mental health of a social life (for me any way :))
