‘Stop Eating After 7pm’ Challenge

I don't finish work some days until 7pm, by the time I'm home and can cook it's already close to 8pm, I don't think I can limit eating to before 7pm.
How is it working out for people who've been doing this?

Hi, I have been doing this for 2 years now. I stop eating before 7PM and i will only drink tea or water after that. The next time i eat will be 12pm the next day Monday to Friday. I have Saturday off after Friday night drinks and back on it Sunday 7PM. To date i have lost 4.5 stone. Hope this helps :)
Greetings @Phil6459 and welcome to the Stop eating after 7.00 pm challenge. We're pleased you could join us.

Congratulations on your weight loss. Timing of meals matters. Studies show eating your last meal of the day earlier improves glycaemic management and lowers blood glucose levels throughout the night.

Once again, welcome!

Greetings @the-mental-one. As you know, diabetes is a very individual disorder. We're all different and so are our circumstances.

That said, meal times matter. Have you considered starting work an hour earlier?
