‘Stop Eating After 7pm’ Challenge

As a lifelong nighttime snacker I'm very interested in this challenge. As my "4 hours before bed" cutoff is midnight I'm not often going to finish eating by 7pm but I did tonight (just).

An added complication is that I have to take meds with a meal every 12 hours but that's only supposed to be for a few months so I might be able to manage it after that.

Last 4 nights has been 7-7.30 ish as in group holiday, then out with friends tonight.
Have skipped at least 1 meal each day as compensation. Might be misguided, but makes me feel staying on track overall.

Really didn't expect to achieve this 2 days running! Probably need to eat more/ later tomorrow though as BG readings coming down steadily, no idea where they'll settle - and hypos are a risk with the gliclazide.

Sorry not to join you for the moment but I've been finding I can't sleep unless I have a little snack beforehand. Might be meds related - I'll try again once they're finished.
