I have something very similar I have been T1 for 32 years never been a heavy person most I’ve ever weighed was 11st 2lbs at my heaviest. Height 5ft 7” . Now weigh 10st 4lbs but feel fine, normal carbs a day = 140 which I’m not sure is low carb but I’m not trying to do a low carb diet at all. Trouble is as already suggested I have family and friends now and again tell me you are way too thin which to be honest is pretty hurtful as I’m not trying to lose weight anything but I’d actually want to put at least 1\2 stone on if I could but question is how???? Any one got any ideas how I can put this weight on if at all possible. My doctor did say that when you reach a certain age your body decides what weight it is comfortable with and as such this is what you get…. I,m in range above 85% of the time over. 90 day period so pretty well controlled I do have the odd day as everyone does of slight spikes but I’m on Libre 2 so manage to get it back pretty quickly. Age 60 by the way…. [emoji1303]
