HEllo to all,
I've to ask to the forum an advice about everning cravings after the meal.
I'm T2D unfer metformin, and I lost 17 kg with a strong diet. Now I'm 66-68 kg and I think that for 183 cm is qute good: BMI is 20.
Sometimes happen I start to have at the evening a small craving.
Im wondering what is the best: from the diabetics point of view
A wholegrain based thing for instance a ryebread like Rye crispbread or this sesame crispbread or bakery-made wholegrain bread.
Or some small fruit like a peach, a small pear or a big plum. OR finally a small piece of dairy product like feta, riccotta or primo sale cheese.
What really like of course is some fruit sorbetto or icecream, but I suppose I could take it rarely, at most once a week.
