Low Carb Soy Flour Pasta/Noodles/lasagne (serves 3-4)
120 gr soy flour (I use the full fat variety)
80-85 gr gluten powder https://www.google.com.au/#q=gluten+powder
2 tsp salt
2 large eggs
2 tsp oil
2 Tbsp warm water
Mix the soy flour, gluten and salt well in a mixing bowl. Add the other ingredients, mix well with your hands, the traditional way, or with a spoon till the dough has come together. Turn out onto your work table and knead till smooth. Doesn’t take long. Wrap in cling wrap and leave to rest for about 30 min or as long as you can.

Thanks for the chart it is really helpful and it has saved me a lot of time. I now know why everyone uses almond and flaxmeal.
it is a very handy list, but just to confuse you now that you have it sussed :)
raw potato starch [the highest in the list] mixed with water and drunk, is a resistant starch and wont raise your BG and is good for your gut bugs

A very useful chart thanks.

I sometimes bake some Dhokra, which uses gram flour (chick pea flour on the chart). It makes a great savoury snack.

Thank you! As a newbie to LCHF I have been looking for something like this.
Can anyone tell me what the "husks" are, that are in so many of the recipes?
