Not so impressed with my 1st visit .
Advice given
Not to low carb
Have one portion of carb only at each meal 1 portion being 6 small new potatoes or 2 slices of bread or handful of chips etc
Cut back on fruits
Chocolate cake can be eaten but this must be your one portion of carbs.
Fish and chips ( chip shop) just eat the half portion of chips.
If you have egg and bacon you can have the 2 slices of bread
You get the idea!! Said what I was doing was not good for me.
I think I will be better sticking to what I have learned on this board, at least I am losing weight and my BG is ok.
