Blood down from 18.8 two weeks ago to 7.5 today food is great

Support is fantastic

Long way to go but life suddenly looks a hell of a lot brighter

Also noticing some changes to my tummy shape which are probably weight loss related so looking up and forward

I will keep you all in the loop
