I would check your protein intake, try and get your meats/fish to the volume of 3 sardine tins a day, that's about 60g and go easy on veg proteins too. total no more than 100g/2,000cal for weight loss [body needs about 50-70g]I eat ham and cheese more than before so I guess so x

fair enough you have cut your sugars and starch, but you need to vary your diet..there is actually more foods available now you can have fats
