I eat ham and cheese more than before so I guess so x
I would check your protein intake, try and get your meats/fish to the volume of 3 sardine tins a day, that's about 60g and go easy on veg proteins too. total no more than 100g/2,000cal for weight loss [body needs about 50-70g]
it’s a long page and a few good video’s

fair enough you have cut your sugars and starch, but you need to vary your diet..there is actually more foods available now you can have fats

I would go easy on milk as it contains about 5% sugar. I used to love porridge with milk but find the milk quite as problematic as the starch in the oats bg wise so stay off both most of the time. Cream is also comparably high in carbs but you wouldn't use the same amounts usually.

Mayonnaise, olive oil, coconut oil, duck fat, goose fat and other lovely fats lack carbs and will fill you up nicely.

Fats don't make you fat, they fill you up and make you stay full for a long time.

Sainsbury's double cream has nil carbs
